Buffalo I-Day is the largest one-day insurance convention in the country and attracts more than 1,300 guests and 125 exhibitors. In addition, Buffalo I-Day includes educational sessions geared to insurance industry professionals.

Question: I need to cancel my ticket. How much time do I have in order to get a refund? 2016-10-26T10:10:08+00:00

Answer:

Individual ticket holders:  No refunds will be made for cancellations after 4/4/17.

Exhibitors:  No refunds will be made for cancellations after 3/4/17 unless the Insurance Club of Buffalo is able to fill the booth with a replacement exhibitor.

Answer: The event is an annual sell out.

Answer: Begins at 4:20pm and continues until 7:00pm.

Answer: We have over 1,300 people in attendance.

Answer:The Hyatt is located directly across the street from the convention center. The Embassy Suites are approximately 3 blocks from the convention center

Answer: The luncheon area will be open for seating at 1 pm.

Answer: A limited block of rooms are available at the Hyatt (right across the street from the convention center) and the Embassy Suites. Please click our event site’s page for more information.

While our online reservation accepts all major credit card payments, some individuals may opt to pay us by check.  You may indicate this payment type during the online reservation process.

Question: My company is not a sponsor. May I still reserve a table at the luncheon? 2016-12-14T20:31:41+00:00

Answer: To be eligible for reserved table seating at the luncheon for your group, tickets must be purchased in increments of 10. For example, purchasing a block of 20 tickets for your group will enable you to be eligible for 2 reserved tables of 10 at the luncheon.

Please note, there are a limited number of tables available for reservation type.

Answer: If you are a vegetarian or have any other special dietary requirements, please indicate when filling out our online registration form.

Those booths are reserved for our sponsor exhibitors. You would need to upgrade to that package to obtain one of those booths. There are many benefits also associated with the various sponsorship packages, see the BECOME a SPONSOR tab on our event page for descriptions of each sponsorship level.

Answer: Yes, all of this will be in the exhibitor handbook. (available for download)

Answer: The exhibitor’s handbook, (available for download), will give you detailed shipping instructions and other information about ordering additional items for your booth.

Answer: In most cases, we make every effort to place you in or near the same location as you were in the year before.

Answer: Booths are assigned by the Insurance Club of Buffalo as we make our best efforts to not place competitors near each other. For this reason we assign booth locations. CLICK HERE to view the Buffalo I-Day 2017 exhibitor booth map.

Answer: Booth set up is typically the day before I-Day between 11am and 7pm. You can also set up your booth the morning of the event up until the Exhibit Area opens at 8am. The convention center opens at approximately 6:30 am.

Answer: Power is available and can be included in your order if requested when you register at no additional cost. Please note that any requests the day of the event will incur a set- up fee.

Answer: The tables are 8 feet long and include a table cloth.

Question: What are the hours of the exhibit area? 2016-10-23T20:37:41+00:00

Answer: 8AM – 1PM
